Latest textile printing technique, inkjet comes from the world of paper graphical arts. After years of improvement it is new a major and mature technology offering very good results and capacities.

Tissus d'Avesnières started his own experience in 2006 with a plotter printer mounted with reactive dyes for printing cotton and linen. After a couple of years experience and a growing customers demand we invested in 2011 in a real industrial production machine (Reggiani ReNoir).
Reactive dyes are definitely our upscale choice for this machine.

Every project starts with infographics work.
Our designers work on patterns for inkjet the same way as if they were to be printed with flat bed screens. Colors are separated using dedicated textile softwares. Weft and ward repeats are settled in the meantime.

Picture files are processed another way, with tools such as Adobe Photoshop ou GIMP.

When we work with color separated files, we make colorations from our own color books. This way of working make us certain to master the color rendering on the fabric.
Our clients can give us their color instructions differently : Pantone references (preferably TPX), or other color charts, or also small colors items (fabric, leather, paper, etc.)

Once the colorations are settled Impression jet d'encreor picture files are adjuested we print strike offs to validate the whole conformity of the product.

After the samples are approved we can go to productions.
