French fabrics Charles Burger was honoured to be selected for supplying textiles to the very prestigious Normandy Hotel in Deauville, France. This worldwide known palace has since a few monthes rooms that are wall covered with various patterns like the toile de Jouy "Les pêcheurs".

Tissus d'Avesnières, as one of Charles Burger's printer, supplied a part of these fabrics.

The Normandy was built in 1912 encouraged by François André. It is one of the first palaces of the city, followed in 1913 by its neighbour Royal Barrière Hotel. One year after it was opened, funded by his lover, Gabrielle Chanel settle her shop inside the Hotel.

The Hotel is build in respect of the traditional local architecture, a typical anglo-normand manoir with light green timbering and stone checkers. It has 290 rooms including 28 suites and 8 family apartments decorated by KIRIE Studio and Charles Burger. Most of the rooms benefit sea sight. 19 living rooms can be used for conferences, receptions, cocktails or galas.
